About Me

empowering you to take back control!

Hello! I’m Kelsey

Board Certified Occupational Therapist

I am a Board Certified Occupational Therapist in biofeedback for pelvic muscle dysfunction. It is my life mission to help remove every obstacle keeping people from fully engaging in the lives they want and need to live. I recognize that when we suffer from pelvic muscle dysfunction it can have a significant impact on quality of life and participation in daily activities. I love helping patients discover that leaking, pain, and discomfort do not have to be their “normal.”  I take a holistic approach to help people stop leaking, reduce pelvic pressure and pain, and increase their brain-body connection to give them control of life’s most basic functions.
